The Seat Belt Champion Award was first presented in 2003 to recognize our public servants for their dedication to public health and citizen safety. The senators and representatives listed below championed primary enforcement laws in their states, sometimes contributing years to the cause. The Meharry-State Farm Alliance recognizes these officials for their commitment.
